The Westminster Conference is an annual event sponsored by the North American Congregations of the Free Church of Scotland. The purpose of the conference is spiritual enrichment and Christian fellowship, to the glory of God.

Kenneth Stewart comes from the Isle of North Uist in the Western Isles of Scotland. After coming to faith at the age of 18, he studied for the Ministry of the Free Church of Scotland at Glasgow University and then at the Free Church of Scotland College in Edinburgh. After graduating, he served in the Scalpay and Stornoway congregations—both Free Church congregations in Scotland—and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Toronto. He became the first Minister of the newly formed Dowanvale Free Church in Partick, Glasgow in 2001, and has been Minister there since. Kenneth is deeply interested in Christian Education and is on the UK Council of the Day One Ministries. Kenneth is married to Anna, from the Isle of Lewis in Scotland, and they have five children between the ages of 4 and 18.
